On this 6-day safari of remarkable adventure in Tanzania,you will get to witness the great migration heards of wildebeest and zebra’s situated around South part of the serengeti and Ngorongoro Conservation Area ecosystem, our main target is from December-April ,from January is the best time to witness the calving season  as they spread out across the short grass plains and predators are just around waiting for their opportunities to make a hunt,you  get to experience the beauty of Tarangire, South Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and the lake Manyara, aldo you will have  an opportunity to visit one of the most iconic tribe in Africa (MAASAI TRIBE).

Day By Day Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival At The Kilimanjaro International Airport/Arusha Airport-Arusha.

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by MAASAI LADY ADVENTURES Professional Tour Guide, you’ll start heading to Arusha Town for relaxation, dinner, and overnight while preparing yourself for the remarkable adventure in Tanzania.

Day 2

Karatu – Southern Serengeti (Ndutu Calving Safari)

After breakfast in Karatu we will depart for the Southern Serengeti through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying scenic views along the highlands, continue into the Ndutu plains and arrive in time for an afternoon game drive across the open savannah, famous for the Great Migration calving season, where thousands of wildebeest give birth, attracting high predator activity including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas.

later afternoon we will start driving to the accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Southern Serengeti (Ndutu Full-Day Safari)

After breakfast we will drpart to spend a the full day exploring the Ndutu short-grass plains and surrounding areas with game drives focused on the Great Migration calving herds and predator action, Enjoying the lunch in the wilderness and continue wildlife viewing across this rich ecosystem,late afternoon will drive start returning to accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4

Serengeti National Park(Ndutu).

After breakfast we will leave the lodge heading to the serengeti national park via Ngorongoro Conservation Area, the park is well-known for the annual Great Migration (Wildebeest Migration),no other place in the world where you can witness such a great show where by  millions of wildebeest, zebras and some gazelles Migrate together searching for greener pastures and water also Wildebeest are the only  animals that have ability of  conceive pregnant and giving birth for their young ones(calves)in one time, in the south serengeti you will get to witness how they give birth together and how their young ones (calves)are very fast on moving around soon after birth,..late afternoon will start driving to the accommodation for relaxation, dinner,and overnight.

Day 5

Serengeti National Park- Ngorongoro Crater.

After breakfast  we will proceed with the game drive from the southern Serengeti (Ndutu) to the Ngorongoro Crater,

When you first see the Ngorongoro Crater, it looks like a forgotten world, concealed by the steep volcanic walls is pristine wilderness including sweeping savannah, pockets of acacia woodland,and glistening lakes and swamps ,the crater was created when a large volcano exploded and collapsed in on itself two to three millions years ago,the crater provides you with the chance of seeing the rarely black rhino,which can sometimes spotted in the open grassland,the crater is one of the best destination to spot BIG FIVE.

if your luck enough you can spot lions, leopards, and other BIG CAT’S like cheetahs, also other animals the  can be seen around is like warthogs(pumba),buffaloes, painted donkeys (zebra),spare part animal(Wildebeest) and so many other animals species, late afternoon will descend from the bottom of the crater floor heading to the accommodation for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 6

Lake Manyara National Park-Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport.

After breakfast we will drive to our final destination of this remarkable adventure, lake manyara national park, is a relatively small but diverse park, is named for the shallow salt lake that covers some serventy percent of the surface area, flooding and drying of the seasons ,home to thousands of flamingos and in  the region of extraordinary of more that 500 other bird species, on our exploration of the park you will see troop’s of baboon’s, monkeys, elegant Girrafes, painted donkey’s (zebras),the park is home to tree climbing lions, and tree climbing python’s, if your lucky enough you can spot them in our game drive, after lunch,we will leave the park heading to the Kilimanjaro International Airport/Arusha Airport for your departure flight to home or zanzibar Island
